Customer Safety and Security

Customer Safety and Security

Basic Policy

The Fujita Kanko Group has formed various rules that are carried out thoroughly by its employees in order to ensure the safety and security of its guests. These rules include those in the Environmental Hygiene Management Plan, Food Sanitation Management Plan, and Fire and Disaster Prevention Management Policies.

Initiatives

Food safety

We use a management plan that incorporates the HACCP approach in order to conduct thorough hygiene management on a daily basis, starting from the purchase of ingredients to the moment they are served to our customers. We provide our guests with safe and delicious food.

HACCP initiatives

The food we serve to our guests are divided into three groups by cooking process. We ensure consistent quality by analyzing hazards and monitoring for places that require attention in each work process, including procurement, storage, cooking, and delivery of food. We have been using this plan in all kitchens since June 2021 in order to ensure safety and peace of mind with higher priority than taste.

Preventing food poisoning

Preventing food poisoning

To prevent food poisoning, it is important to "don't let in, don't spread, and eliminate" bacteria that can cause illnesses. Kitchens are disinfected with sodium hypochlorite and alcohol and kept clean at all times. Our chefs conduct daily health checks, wash their hands, and maintain good health through routine stool tests, medical examinations, and other measures.

Displaying menus correctly

The Fujita Kanko Group is committed to creating menus that accurately convey to customers information on food, such as the names and types of food and where they were produced, in accordance with the regulations for displaying menus, etc. In addition, the SDGs Promotion Office, which is responsible for internal audits, has an auditing system in place to ensure compliance.

Fire and disaster prevention

The aim of fire and disaster prevention is to ensure the safety and peace of mind of our customers. In the event of a natural disaster such as a sudden earthquake or fire, the most important steps for the staff to take are disaster prevention and rescue efforts.

Fire drill contests for private fire brigades

Fire drill contests for private fire brigades

We train our employees by participating in rigorous fire drills, such as local fire drill contests for private fire brigades, in order to ensure that guests can be evacuated safely in unforeseen circumstances.
