Basic Policy

The Fujita Kanko Group has established various rules and standards to ensure safety and security. These include our Food Sanitation Management Plan, Fire and Disaster Prevention Management Policies, and Information Security Policy. We use thorough employee education and rigorous daily management practices in striving to provide trustworthy services.

Initiatives

Food safety

We implement the Food Sanitation Management Plan, ensure the reliability of menu items provided, and conduct regular training on food hygiene. By maintaining rigorous daily hygiene management from ingredient procurement to service, we deliver safe, secure, and delicious meals.

Fire and disaster prevention

We strengthen safety management and disaster prevention measures through the formulation of a BCP (Business Continuity Plan), compliance with various statutory inspections, and participation in regional private fire brigade review committees, among other efforts.

Strengthening Information Security

We have established regulations including the Personal Information Protection Policy and Information Security Policy, and thoroughly implement information security measures. We strive to raise awareness of information security through security checks of external contractors, formalization of AI security policies, and employee education and training.
