Human Rights Policies

Established February 1, 2025

Basic Policies

The corporate philosophy handed down throughout the Fujita Kanko Group ("the Group" hereinafter) is stated as follows: Our goal is to contribute to the well-being of society by providing hospitable services and places where people can relax, refresh and revitalize.   Based on this philosophy, the "UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights," and "Children's Rights and Business Principles," we have established the Fujita Kanko Group Human Rights Policies ("these policies" hereinafter) in order to continue respecting human rights for all people related to our businesses. Note that these policies have been approved by our board of directors.

  • 1. Scope of application

These policies will apply to all executives and employees (salaried employees, contracted employees, temporary staff, part-time workers, etc., including those currently on a trial period). In order to achieve respect for human rights together, we will also promote understanding of these policies among all of our stakeholders, including business partners and customers.
