Multi-Stakeholder Policy

Our corporate philosophy is to “contribute to the well-being of society by providing hospitable services and places where people can relax, refresh, and revitalize.” We aim for sustainable development and growth by offering value that exceeds expectations while accompanying our customers through life's various stages. In business management, recognizing the importance of co-creating value with diverse stakeholders including customers, employees, business partners, shareholders, financial institutions, and local communities, we will strive to engage in appropriate collaboration with multiple stakeholders. Additionally, regarding the profits and outcomes generated through value co-creation and productivity improvement, from the viewpoint that appropriate distribution to multiple stakeholders leads to sustainable economic development, and recognizing the importance of rewarding employees and considering business partners, we will advance the following initiatives.


  • 1. Benefits to employees

    Our company strives to enhance productivity and maximize added value through focused investment of management resources in growth areas, employee capability development, and skill enhancement, aiming for sustainable growth.


    Based on the profits and results generated during this process, we will implement appropriate wage increases with regard to our company's circumstances. Additionally, through proactive engagement in education and training, we will strive to provide sustained benefits to our employees.


    Individual items:


    Specifically, we are promoting next-generation development training and self-improvement initiatives in our education and training programs, while working to raise wages through continuing dialogue with labor unions. Likewise, we are implementing improvements to the workplace environment and work styles based on the results of our engagement surveys. We will continue to strive for sustained employee benefits through building a rewarding workplace environment and actively investing in talent development.

  • 2. Consideration toward clients

    We will continue to adhere to the contents of the Partnership Building Declaration.


    In the event that the Partnership Building Declaration is removed from the portal site, we will voluntarily withdraw the publication of our multi-stakeholder policy.

    Additionally, regarding business relationships with consumption tax-exempt businesses, we will strive to establish appropriate relationships by referring to the government's published guidelines on the invoice system for tax-exempt businesses and their business partners.

    We seek to further evolve and develop our business by preserving our history, culture, and traditions while providing new value.


    Furthermore, as values regarding work and ways of working continue to diversify, we will strive to build a society where customer satisfaction and the happiness of all stakeholders are achieved, by ensuring all employees take pride and confidence in their work and continue to grow alongside the company.


    We will steadily advance our efforts on these items while confirming the status of our initiatives.
